Vinification:

The grapes are crushed and completely pulled out from the stalks. Fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by wine brandy addition.

Tasting notes:

Light orange shades, clear and bright. Aroma clean, elegant and fresh with notes of dried fruits. In the mouth it is seductive, refreshing, with nuts and a subtle character of spices. Silky and very long finish.

Suggestions:

It can be appreciated as an aperitive or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
