This cider, made with Asturian apples selected by the Regulatory Council of the PDO "Sidra de Asturias," meets the strict parameters of acidity, volatility and other criteria established in the regulations to guarantee its authenticity.

It has a pale yellow color and a fruity aroma, with a pleasant flavor and a touch of fixed acidity, characteristic of these varieties, which accentuates its freshness.
