Winemaking
Produced from grapes harvested at the end of September, vinification was carried out separately between varieties, in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control between 24-26ºC, followed by a light tanning process.
Tasting Notes
Clear in appearance, it has a concentrated violet hue. On the nose it is exuberant and intense, expressing red fruits and notes of cream. In the mouth it has a good entry, with volume, showing harmony between a good structure and a very present and refreshing acidity, in a whole full of elegance.
